For customer data processed under our service agreements, we are the data controller for our own account and billing records, and a data processor for traffic and call records of our SIP & broadband customers. Retention is set per the Investigatory Powers Act 2016 minimums (12 months for communications data) and disposed of immediately thereafter.

Standard terms include a 30-day money back on broadband (less Openreach cease charges), 30-day notice on SIP, and 12–36 month terms on leased lines depending on install cost recovery. No automatic rollover into a new fixed term — we move you to monthly rolling at the end of the minimum term unless you sign for another one.
